Meena is a Nepali peace practitioner and gender equity specialist with over 15 years of experience in development, peacebuilding, media, and human rights. She serves on the Executive Committee of Initiatives of Change (IoFC) Nepal and contributes regionally as a Executive committee member and lead facilitator for Creators of Peace (CoP) Nepal, Asia, empowering women through peace circles and transformative leadership. Her work focuses on gender equity, women’s rights, and social inclusion, including strategic contributions to national action planning and civil society campaigns. She also leads the Institute of Human Rights Communication Nepal (IHRICON) and plays a key role in national initiatives like the “Children as Zone of Peace” national campaign.
