Rukmini Iyer is a Creators of Peace Circles Facilitator and a member of the International Committee, focusing on governance. Professionally, she has over two decades of global experience in leadership, organisational development and peacebuilding (with a focus on peace education and dialogue).

Her educational background is in psychology and neuroscience, particularly trauma healing work through somatic experiencing. Her work entails design, facilitation, coaching, consulting and teaching.
